Front Sweeper DXU-25

Drivex new front sweep DXU-25 is a pick up sweeper for wheel loaders with updated hydraulics and new control systems. From the machine cabin you can control functions via Drivex MH, such as activating and deactivating side brushes, setting their rotational speed, adjusting the watering amount as well as adjusting the ground pressure on the main roller. Auto mode can also be used with this combination; the operator can select which functions are to start automatically when the hydraulic function in the machine is activated.

DXU-25 comes with Drivex MH as standard. If your machine already has ExciControl MH control system, you can use your DXU-25 with that control system.

Key benefits

Thanks to this new control system, you can optimize all settings and thus reduce both fuel consumption and wear to the main roller brushes. All the advantages of the predecessor have been retained, such as the low model for better visibility, the large water tank, the easy replacement of the brush chambers and, of course, the three wheels that the front sweeper is equipped with.
The completely new roller suspension means that the sweeper roller always follows the ground on uneven surfaces and always retains the same pre-set pressure against the ground.
DXU-25 is connected hydraulically via the loader’s 3rd function and via connector to the control system, and is now controlled from the operator’s cabin without having to make any other adjustments.
